What Do You Mean I Can't Shop Anymore?

Waking up this morning we decided to have a full Yorkshire breakfast before heading into town. For those of you not in the know, this is what it looks like...

Mom and Dad still look pretty comfy being all fancy...

After breakfast we booked a taxi to take us to the post office because Mom has done so much souvenir shopping that she doesn't have room in her suitcase so we are shipping them all home.

It took us about an hour to bubble wrap everything and figure out which forms to fill out but eventually we managed to pull it off and ship them all home...

And then Mom walked .001 inches and started shopping again...

Mom was stoked, Dad felt differently about it...

Then we just took it easy and wandered around town...

It's pretty mellow here...

Which is good because we all need a day to relax...

And then it started raining, zzz...

Sweetie Darling, it's Patsy Stone!

Then Dad wanted to go to this place, it was some Viking exhibit that out tour guide Tony from Scotland told us to check out...

It was made of 50% "boring", 49% "uhm okay", and 1% "oh, that's cool".

After that we headed over to check out the Gardens that surround the city...

They were beautiful...

I have no idea what kind of flowers they are...

But they are colorful...

Which works for me...

But not everything worked. Why uproot trees to just replant them upside down? Merp...

After that we wanted to walk around the Medieval walls that surround the city...

Mom was down to do it...

Til she realized there were no guard rails. Soooo we went for a stroll along the river instead...

And saw this family of ginormous ducks. The Dad is the big one that you can almost hear him saying, "come any closer and I'll cut you!"

Now we are heading back to the hotel to turn in early. Tomorrow we are heading off to Dublin to meet up with Brad! That's all for now...
